Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Warwick

WARNING!! This location has REPEATEDLY given me chicken, beef, carnitas when I have ordered sofritas. I have dietary restrictions and am vegan. Not only do they put the wrong protein but they have also put sour cream and or cheese in my burrito bowls when it wasn’t included in the order. I always place my orders online through the app, same as always. When I have the time, I’ll open the bowl and make sure it’s accurate— but I shouldn’t have to do that! I have no problems at the other locations in the area but there’s always issues with this franchise. It would be one thing if this has happened 1-2 times, but now it’s been about 4-5 at this location and it’s unacceptable. I’ve tried to file a complaint through the website since they don’t take phone calls besides online orders and the requests don’t process through. This is very disappointing. Bad customer service. Today I couldn’t even eat my lunch when I got back to work and had to throw it out. Just be prepared that if you order from this location, there’s a good chance it’s not going to be accurate. This was the 2nd time that i have been in this location and both times have disappointed me. This last time it was at 5 pm dinner time i was looking to get a meal. I entered and the employee at the counter seemed very nervous and did not say a word to me i then proceeded to try to order my meal. She stated they did not have any white rice. i said ok that is fine i will just take a chips and queso. they stated they had no queso left. i even offered to wait for the rice and a lady chimed in stating they only had brown rice and no white rice would be available. I ended up leaving without any food. This is the second time something like this has happened here. seems like the ordering of items or cooking is off. Most times they are just out of queso but queso is the main reason people come here and it should be available at all hours...

I never write reviews like this, but I felt compelled to. On Tuesday evening of this week we went to this chipotle to have dinner. While ordering my toppings, the staff were engaging in personal conversations, interrupting while I was ordering, and were distracted by another staff member who was drawing images on the brown paper bags. There were many open tables to choose from, however we could not sit at a single table inside because every single one of them was filthy and clearly needed to be wiped down.
