Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Hanover

Been here 3 times and all 3 experiences were terrible. I came here for a strawberry sprinkled donut, hash browns and an iced latte. A few moments after pulling off I bit my donut and it was STALE. I went back and RICKY said they were all like that because the truck delivered them at 2 am…. I asked him to replace it with another item( hash browns) of equal or lesser value he said no because it’s a different item I said but the donut is $1.45 in compared to the hashbrowns which are $1.33 he said no. I asked to speak to the manager he said “they not here” … okay then I’ll take a refund he then went to who I assume is a manager or shift lead of some sort and they stood there for 3 minutes debating what to do. For them to finally give me the refund.smh and I didn’t even mention how my latte tasted like it’s been sitting there all day. I still love dunkin just not...

Not sure if this message will meet the right people, but I went to the event today (4/25) for the grand reopening. Was one of the first 10 people in line and everything went smoothly it was awesome and I got my years worth of coffee! And then I lost the coupon book within 10 minutes. My own mistake, I know. But I CANNOT believe it, I went back in and they actually replaced it. I didn’t catch their names but they were running the event I believe, a man with light hair in a blue sweater and the woman had shorter brown hair with a pink shirt on. They were so kind and compassionate. They really made my day and I’d love if they were able to see...

Horrendous customer service. Pulled in on Black Friday for coffee and a donut. Rita (sp) was extremely rude while I was placing my order. She snapped and yelled at me through the menu board after I didn’t understand her question. Once I pulled up to get my donut it took them THREE times to get my order correct. I asked for a donut with chocolate frosting- no sprinkles. It should not take them three tries to get a simple order correct. With so many other dunkin’s nearby I would avoid this location.
