Rude. Rude. Rude. ! I inquired if they only had bagels to offer for the sandwiches. Lady at register barely spoke English and told Me no. Only bagel. Why do you have someone who cannot communicate well working the front? That’s number 1. Very sweet girl though. Anyway… Another customer over heard me asking for bread and wanted bread too. We look over and notice there is bread available. She asked another lady who spoke English well… if the bread was avail for slices to use for the sandwiches. We weren’t sure if they were selling the whole loaf maybe that’s why the First Lady said only bagels for the sandwiches. The Second Lady said yes. And began taking the other customers order. So i asked if i Could have bread too being that i ordered mine first. With thee nastiest attitude she said no mine was already being made. Ummm ok! Not a problem i was only asking. The attitude was so unnecessary and ridiculous. I’m not even a rude person i asked her nicely so to receive that response shame on u.
SECONDLY - there was a guy in there that looked like pest control. Was using that tool they use to spray around the border areas in the restaurant. But behind the counter where they were making food! Listen. I get it. You can be the cleanest restaurant doesn’t matter pest will come (and the place was clean) but i think it’s so inappropriate to have that visible to your customers while it’s being completed. Make arrangements before the store opens or something. That is so unprofessional to be spraying that stuff during lunch hrs. My first time at this place and my last !
Lastly - the tuna looked old!

Read moreI just recently posted a review on Yelp, in regards to the terrible service that I received today. I frequent Bagels 4u at least four days a week and typically order the same thing, a bagel sliced. Today an employee that I have never seen before, charged me a slicing fee. After I explained to her that the slicing fee only applies to one dozen or more, she became very rude and nasty and said, I still had to pay the slicing fee. I then refused to pay, and then saw another employee that has been working there for quite some time, coming from the rear of the store. I then asked her to explain to the new employee, in which she translated to her in spanish. The new employee was being argumentative with the employee and finally listened to her. She then snatched my money out of my hand, which really left a bad taste in my mouth. I then told her that I would be calling later in the day to speak with the manager. I called there several hours later and asked if the manager was there, and I was told no. I then asked would the manager be in tomorrow and was told yes. I then asked what the manager's name was and was told " I do not know". I then asked you do not know your manager's name and the lady on the phone said no. I am terribly disgusted with the treatment that I received today, not to mention my company patronizes Bagels 4 u on a...
Read moreFirst time going here. While the everything bagel with taylor ham egg and cheese was VERY tasty and fresh, problem here was the customer service. Right upon entering the establishment you’re stared at and yelled at to order. I was in there less than 3 seconds purposely standing in the back looking at the menu to see what I wanted. The door had literally shut behind me and I was asked 3 times to order in less than 1 minute. Even after I said I’d like to look at the menu first. That’s uncalled for.
I settled on something quick since they seemed to not want me looking at the menu. I ordered and waited about 5 mins. I was then promptly told to pay. As new customers entered they too were abruptly asked to order while they were looking at the menu. You could see the look of discomfort on their faces. Not sure what that was about. Will I come here again... not sure, Probably only if I’m in the area. There’s other bagel shops with more patience, customer service and the food is just as good. All you have to do is look at some of the other reviews there’s a common theme about the cashiers being pushy...
