Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Hartford

I been there a few times and I think the people who works there are having a bad day and want everyone else to have a bad day too, twice they have messed up my coffee, they forgot to put sugar and I ask for decaf and they gave me regular coffee, they put too much ice for my ice tea and I order loaded hash-browns and they didn’t put any bacon. Seriously at this point why work if you are not going to do it right, there is a lot of young workers there so I guess they don’t care, I won’t be going there unless is my last choice. Very disappointed, do better please. People’s day do rely on how it starts and just because you don’t care about your day it doesn’t mean you get to ruin everyone else’s. Sep 2023 Update: 1 star. Moldy creamers l, slow service. Seems to get worse each time I'm in. I'm not sure why I tried to give them a chance again. I'd rather go out the way tland drive to Hartford for a drink.

Ok, Dunkin. Great location, but I don't believe they have the staff to be able to make this place thrive. I usually get an ice coffee with less ice, so I see that like to jip people on .005c these days. But now their starting to do it with regular drinks with regular ice. Keep an eye on how kuch they actually put in your cup.

Workers could care less with what they're doing for the most part. I only go in the morning, so I only see the morning crew*.

I use to enjoy coming here when a certain lady worked because she always made sure that my order was correct and my food was hot. Unfortunately she moved to FL and left the incompetent workers there. I ask for FRESH hashbrowns. The girl on the speaker said "ok" but of course I get my food and they were clearly sitting in a heater. So I drove back around and asked for them to be remade. I was told that they were fresh. The girl made them 10 minutes ago and they have been in the heater. Ugh, so they are not freshly made. This has happened too many times for me to count.
