The past 3-4 weeks have been horrible. At two different locations ran by the same people Burnside and Ellington Road. Let me state I go every morning most of those that started on the original Main street dunkin know me and as they moved into different stores I too started to pick who and which one I wanted to see. First I did a mobile order two weeks ago at Burnside, the gentlemen extremely nice and handed me my coffee and told me my sandwiches would be up in a min, the little Indian lady put it down on counter and when I went to grab it she said ,"NOT FOR YOU!" umm well it was for me and I do mobile order ten mins before I get to the store because I am well aware of how poorly staffed and the store is ran, so to make sure I get my stuff in a timely manner I make sure I order before I leave my house which is near the golf course, enough time for my stuff to be there but I am always waiting. Now at Ellington Road that's just too much, again mobile order twice in one week, as I am friends with certain individuals that work for this company I had to call on face time and wait in the store for my mobile order 25mins with another higher up manager on the phone witnessing this craziness. Earlier this week Ellington Road was a mess and messed up my whole order which was clear as day in my mobile to go order.
Not sure if this is because you took all the good people to California to build, but don't forget about your poorly ran stores here. I now have been driving over to silver Lane or just going to rolland turnpike in Manchester. Also you maye want to think of opening the small main street because I would of at least stopped five times in one week while, Burnside, Ellington, Riverside Dr and silver Lane all had a line going out...
Read moreVery unhappy. The young lady serving us seemed very nice . I ordered two medium refreshers and when I got to the window , she charged me for a small and a medium. I told her that I ordered two mediums and said sorry very nicely and redid my order. I pulled off and realized that all that done was more ice added to a small to make it look like it was a medium. I tried calling the store and machine says that they are too busy. This was very dishonest. I wanted to go back but running low on time. When you pay for something you should get what you pay for and not have someone try to deceive you . Now I gave a cup full of ice. I will not come back and would not recommend anyone to go there. My husband buys his coffee at this location all the time and I am going to tell him and my family members not to buy from this location. This might seem extreme due to what this worker did but it is just so dishonest when you are a hard working person and trust that people are dealing with you...

Really sad a couple years ago the service was great then it all went down hill every single time I come here its nothing but a negative experience which is really sad since its the closest one to me usually the same crew a bunch of careless teen employees who don't care about your order or service if your there even 30 minutes before closing you're completely dismissed one girl even told me we're closed 30 minutes before closing time or they'll say machines are down which is a complete lie always mess up on orders laughing and joking over the speaker when taking your order and still doing so while they ring you out clearly these employees need to go back to training and learn something about customer service because they Absolutely have none!! I rather go out of my way to starbucks because I least I know I can expect...
