McDonald's — Restaurant in East Hartford

I hate going to a place when you have oil culture in one place all Latin they slow did I beat Monet phone when they working at the same time specially the system and use in the manager's most important Rican like I said Latin only see one black person in there you know to me that unfair and under management unfair believe me I used to work at McDonald's in New York and believe me it was coaching mix this place is not coaching mix and that color gray reminds me prison that's how Prison Walls are in the cells are are gray what will make your color of McDonald's Gray and also McDonald should be ashamed of taking the original colors of McDonald's away and became a corporate billion dollar industry where they care about the money then worry about the image they took the basic image away from McDonald's know what Madonna was see that it made it to a facility look at the color of it gray you made it into a institution facility who are the daughters that they should be fired in proper management I don't need a degree to acknowledge something like that now I got eyes in the mine that see things that you probably don't see but that gray very improper color for McDonald's made it to an institution like a prison ain't...

Very dissapointed ..with this restaurant i was there at 8:53pm January 8-2018..i see customers driving away ask my self why if they close at 1am well everyone left drivethrew i pull up i speak to the speaker no answer i beep horn no answer i pull up to window no answer i go to walk in restaurant door close there no one in window no one in counter as im looking threw the window of restaurant wondering were are the employees or manager im an every day customer i start looking at the vehicles parked out side the restaurant and notice one of the managers blond short hispanic female inside a red like burgundy toyota corolla smoking marihuana with 2 other partys i pulled up to the vehicle i was beeping horn at them aswell as to see if someone from store will come out and all the manager was doing was laughing and covering her face smoking inside this vehicle in plain site with a female and a male in back seat of this vehicle very very unprofessional and a disrespect to the owners property and customers i called the tolland st. Store to report this problem hope they can put someone responsible in charge to run this...

Probably the worst McDonald's in the state. Few times going there, 7 times to be exact, what I ordered and what I got was completely wrong. stopped going to this location for months, then today, for convenience purposes, I decided to give it another shot. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE. Yet AGAIN, My order was incorrect and my 5 year old could make burgers less sloppy. I was missing an entire meal in my order. No time to go back as i only have a half hour for lunch. ITS NOT HARD TO READ OFF OF A SCREEN THAT LITERALLY TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS IN A CUSTOMERS ORDER. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE SO HOW CAN NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES EVEN MANAGE TO DO THAT CORRECTLY? FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO THIS LOCATION WAS LOSING BOBBY AS THE MANAGER. It went very quickly downhill the moment that happened.
