Pizza House & Mexican Food — Restaurant in East Hartford

I wished I didn't have to give any stars at all, I have patronized this establishment numerous times on June 3 2018 I ordered 60 ( mild) hot wings the owner told me I could picked them up in 20 mins when I picked them up and got to my function they were not eatable they were hard and dry the mild was extremely "HOT" and they were horrible when I called the next day st 11:00 ( the time they say they open) I didn't get a answer I continued to call and finally at 12:15 someone answered and I spoke to the "owner" and he said the reason why they were like that was because I was 10 -15 mins late picking them up.. DUHHHHHH I was trying to give them time to cook them now knowing they were cooked a day before ( at least that's how they tasted what difference should that have made for these " HORRIBLE " hot wings I wouldn't advised anyone to purchase any large amount of anything from this establishment.. the owner was very " rude" and was finding all kinds of excuses and faults for why the wings were like they were!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 downs don't waste your money in that...

This person I work with was ordering food when you guys hung up in the middle of her trying to give her card number. About an hour later, the delivery driver showed up with food. She told him she couldn't have the food because she was paying with card and she didn't have cash on her so the driver went back to pizza house. Today she tried to order food from you guys and when she told you the address you guys said you couldn't deliver there because she made your driver bring back food. Then you guys were arguing and basically yelling at her talking bout we cant deliver there, don't call us, etc. So when I called and explained to you guys that YOU were the ones that hung up and it was YOUR fault that your driver basically "wasted" food and that you should still be deliver to this address, you guys wanted to catch an attitude. Basically you guys have terrible customer service and from a person who usually orders there I never thought you guys were like this....

Un professional pleased a 45.00 they deliver and missed 1 order of mozzarella stick when I call the lady told me they will re deliver ok.. waited 2hrs when I called back the lady that answered putnthe manager on the phone he refused to give a refund he told me that his driver gave the food to the security guard from my building I asked him that his driver should have call me not just give my food to nobody especially with this pandemic that going on. His word were "food was delivered not his problem " I told him I wanted my refund for my missing food or I will call bank and stop the full payment . He ok asked for my card # and told me not to order from them again .. and refused to give me...
