Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Huntingdon Township

If I can give the service 0 stars I would. Frank must have been the rudest person I have encountered in food service. He was on the brink of yelling at us. He gave us a menu without pricing, so we asked him about pricing, which seemed to further irritate him. He couldn't give us any pricing on anything. The more questions I asked, the more attitude he gave. I had testing that I needed done at a nearby hospital and couldn't waste time going to another restaurant, or we would have just walked out. We had two kids with us. We just ordered a meal package, and then he began to bark orders at us about the choices. He also informed us that there were no waiters on duty so we would have to take care of everything ourselves. Again no problem. He didn't take a name. So when our food came he yelled behind the counter "hey, hey, hey." instead of just bringing it to our table. Mind you, there was no one else in the restaurant, and he was doing nothing. I stopped in to pick up an order and the person making pizzas was continuously sneezing into the open air without covering his mouth and just continued to make a pizza. The one time he did cover his mouth, he didn’t wash his hands and started putting more toppings onto the pizza. No one was wearing gloves while preparing food, including the sneezer.

I also ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery online and they never showed up. I called the store about a dozen times over an hour after my delivery was supposed to be there and no one ever answered. I contacted customer service through their website since I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, and finally got a refund.

The lack of hygiene should have been the final straw, but I love the stuffed crust pizza and no one else around here offers it. I won’t go back, I’d rather buy frozen pizza and make it myself or drive to another town and get it. In a town full of pizza places, you’d think they would at least try and have good...

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced customer service this bad. We ordered over $100 worth of food for delivery. They forgot our dessert, so I tried calling the store 5+ times and kept getting hung up on. Whoever runs this place needs to step in and ask their employees why they refuse to do their job. I was tempted to drive there to confront them in person and either get my money back or receive my dessert. According to other reviews, this place is known for their lack of customer service, cold and badly made food, and lack of accountability. I am appalled by this.
