The place may need to be shut down, and I'm not exaggerating. Or at least it needs new competent management, because it's shockingly bad. They seem to only hire the worst kids who act like the customer is a bother to them simply for visiting this location and placing an order, and I refuse to believe that all kids are this way these days. I'll leave it to the boomers to say that.....although I'm starting to wonder..
Problems I experience every time I'm dumb enough to give them another chance include -
1.) 100% of taco shells smashed. Yes, every taco is broken! Not some of them, but all of them. Or they're stale.. How does a place with "Taco" in their name have stale shells?
2.) Beef that only fills half of the shell.
3.) Order supreme tacos, receive regular tacos. (nearly 100% of the time)
4.) Items aren't wrapped, causing them to fall apart in the bag.
You cannot leave the drive-thru without checking your bag. I know every Taco Bell isn't like this, but this location is beyond abysmal! it's absolutely going to catch up with...

Everybody calm down! 5 stars is excessive. It is fast food and a taco bell. With that said when you order it is fast, they serve the cold stuff cold and the hot stuff hot. They have serve safe certificates prominently displayed so they do know what temp lettuce and sour cream is supposed to be. It is the 1 fast food place in town that doesn't make me sick. Yes i am comparing it as fast food. There is always at least a couple people there to make the food. If you forgot to make a lunch go to the value menu for cheap eats. There is a school cafeteria vibe and there is always corn syrup based hot sauce available. Great hours and the staff is as friendly as you are. 3 stars because it is scooped and papered... sorry fam. Baja blast is in zero too planet fitness people next door so it is a fitness drink get off my back! Everyone who hasn't seen 'demolition man' wouldn't get why it has the potential for fine dining. Very clean dining room and lots of natural light gives it that extra star to sit at 4. Lighting and a rag is cheap...

on my most recent visit I dined in and experienced another issue but whenever I addressed the issue the manager was sweet enough to remake my food herself with what definatly tasted like all fresh products and not gonna lie it seemed like she may have hooked me up. but I told her how amazing the remakes tasted and gave her a personal tip, wasn't much cuz I don't keep cash on me but much better experience this time around for sure!
previous review: I was absolutely disgusted with this experience today, everything that I paid extra for didn't have ANYTHING I paid extra for on it. the 2 soft tacos with extra meat and cheese had regular amount plus some sprinkles of lettuce that was not requested. the beefy melt burritos where supposed to have the most to it and they had nothing I asked for. this place is a joke, If they didn't wanna provide the extra stuff that I paid for just be honest with me and tell me that you're lazy so I didn't have to waste even more money and I wouldn't have asked for it. so...
