I’ve went to this location 3 different times, tried to give it a second chance multiple times the place is very dirty, employees stand behind the counter talking while there is not one singular place to sit down and eat cause all the tables are dirty I won’t even mention the floor employees at this location act like they don’t know what a broom is or how to sweep. I asked for a bowl, they gave me 2 scoops of white rice, 1 scoop of chicken, I asked for sour cream queso and cheese as my toppings and the sour cream and queso literally mixed with the rice and it was soupy because their was not enough rice or chicken, to even mix with the toppings to be good. They filled my bowl half way I took my lid off and ate my whole bowl and was still hungry. When I go to any other location I do not have this issue and I usually have left overs to put in the fridge for the next day, very pricy for what they give you and skimpy on ingredients, I and when I asked them to add more to my bowl they said I had to pay more (one young man said the manager threatened them if they don’t charge more when costumers ask for bigger portions they will get fired) I was simply not going to pay an extra $10 for more rice and chicken to fill my bowl up. I have never had this issue anywhere please talk to your employees about cleanliness and actually doing their job. And if your gonna try to charge me an extra $10 for 1 bowl on top of the $15 I spent...
Read moreService was incredibly slow for weeknight dinner time (Tuesday @ 7:30pm). Service line employee could only make 1 item at a time unless another employee helped. Service line employee had to ask another employee (manager?) to help ring up when a line formed. Two employees on drive thru line, and those orders seemed to be coming out fine, while a very long line was waiting for in person orders.
There was a lack of dinner time prep and portions were small due to conservation of available ingredients. Freshly prepped food only occupied a quarter of the pan. Solo line cook definitely needs help, and only one employee had the idea that more food needed to be prepped - other employees just noted that the food was out with no solution.
Orderd chips and there were about 15 chips in the bag (definitely under-portioned), so they were able to give us a new one, but both bags had soggy and stale chips in the bottom.
Utensils were empty, had to ask employee to restock, and the only available one was the employee on the line, even though there were at least 7 employees behind the counters. From getting in the line to getting our food and chip correction, it took about 30 minutes.
For a location that was just opened, there is a clear lack of direction, leadership, and encouragement...
Read moreThe young woman and man at the counter at the register and making the bowls were very friendly. However, I am disappointed in this new Chipotle. I was excited for another one to open besides the ones in Greensburg because those ones have been slacking. I went in tonight and was very disappointed. I left a review from my receipt but 200 characters wasn’t enough. I was behind a man and his son. I was next in line but had to wait 10-15 minutes. Those customers wanted chicken, but they were out because it needed cut. Everyone in the kitchen but one employee expressed that they didn’t know how to cut it. After about 8ish minutes, a girl came to cut the chicken but kept saying she didn’t know how. It took her awhile to even put the gloves on. I also noticed that there was a pile of dishes about 3 feet high if not more next to the oven that they were cooking more chicken on. Additionally, the pinto beans looked old and the steak looked undercooked. It was very pink in the inside, so I didn’t order it. They were also out of cheese and vinaigrette. I understand that this is a new Chipotle, but the staff needs more training. They need more help and it didn’t appear that a manager or owner was present. Someone should be present to help out...
