China King — Restaurant in East Lansdowne

Ordered food that was supposed to arrive in 30-45 minutes....an hour later, the delivery driver called to tell me he was outside with our food. I go to my front door and there was no one there. He immediately called me back to ask me was I gonna open the door. I informed him that he was not in front of my home. After almost 10 minutes he understood that not only was he on the wrong street, but he was IN THE WRONG TOWN. I gave him the correct address complete with the correct zip code....and 25 minutes later after a phone call to this establishment, I cancelled the order, which never made it it to my home. But not before the "person in charge" failed to take any responsibility or even apologize for her driver's mistake. She even suggested that I let him bring the food and I could see if it is still warm!!! NO THANK YOU.....Initially we were only canceling the order....now we are canceling this place as a takeout spot....Very Poor China King.....Must do...

Took a long time to answer the phone. Took a hour to bring the order I called to see where the order was she put me on hold for 10 minutes. My food finally came while I was put on hold and I didn't like anything it didn't taste good. First time I ever ordered from a Chinese store and it didn't taste good I had general toast chicken and shrimp egg foo young. The staff is incompetent. Ordered once and received food that was adequate but overpriced. Then, tried to order again and they refused to listen to me when I told them my address. My address happens to be odd in that is listed with a hyphen in it. They continuously ignored that part of my address for some reason, probably believing I didn't know where I lived. Then, when I offered to give them directions, they continued to just tell me they can't find my address and refused...
