Chili & Lemon Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

I finally remembered to try this place. It didn't disappoint. Everything was made fresh to order. The veggies were crisp and tender. The shrimp were nice and plump. The Tom Yum was zesty and flaming. It's a nice place for friends, family, or a casual date. It's not fancy. You order before you're seated. The prices are just about the same as most Thai restaurants. Which bothered me a little since we had to stand in line to order. But overall, it's a great place! It was yummy! It's was peaceful.

UPDATE I had to remove a couple of stars. This is my second visit and they're treating me like I'm in the way. They packaged my food to go even though I'm sitting at a table. This lady has come out and swept and mopped around me 3 times. They just opened an hour ago. Nobody has sat at those tables. I'm trying to submit homework. I came here for a good meal and some quiet time. I guess I won't eat lunch here anymore. It's not...

LOVE LOVE LOVE the coconut seafood soup!!!! Years ago I had a taste of seafood soup with coconut milk and found the flavors to be absolutely delicious, I loved it so much but forgot where I had eaten it from(I was a teen at the time). Since then I spent time searching for something just as good. Tried several places where the flavors just didn't quite hit the spot. One day I stumbled upon this lovely little restaurant and order the soup AND it was delicious!!!! It was so good that I took my family to try it and they fell in love with the flavors. We've had other dishes here that have been just as good. I look forward to eating here time...

I've bought from here dozens of times since they opened. The food's always great and reasonably priced. I love Pad Thai and Pad See Ew but I've enjoyed everything I've ordered from here. The staff here have always been very friendly. I tend to order ahead for pickup and have never encountered any problems. I also appreciated how clean they kept everything and how well they followed safety guidelines when quarantine started, which I'm sure wasn't easy for most restaurants. Anyway, I highly recommend this place...
