Rincon De Guayabitos — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Customer service was HORRIBLE worst restaurant I’ve been too!!! Tostadas were STALE! Were a party of 5 and she brought “6” tortillas when asked for more and brought “4” waitress clearly did not want to do her job if you don’t like your job don’t work there or with customers !!!! At some point I got up and went to ask for tortillas since she said every plate has 4 tortillas… but was immediately mad when we asked for more waited by cashier for tortillas until her coworker said “tell her you’ll take them” after I had been waiting, how are they supposed to tell you how to do your job? Common sense! Rice was COLD. For every order or tortillas is $2 extra but they do not let you know they add it to your receipt under MISC… cause as she said “it’s common knowledge “ asked to speak to manager and waitress said Manager did not want to speak to me in regards to addressing my issues! Our visit to this place was so disappointing. My first thought as we arrived was, why there's nobody else eating here? But, it got worse when I ordered a simple side of rice for my kids and that rice looked so old, like if it had been sitting in the fridge for days!!! Food is great, Service also excellent, one thing I didn't like, was the waitress reached a moment, to explain we have to leave, cause we had been there for too long, we were 6 persons, siñors celebrating the birthday of a lady friend, and we were expending a good amount of money, in food, over $400+ also the restaurant was empty, still we left her a nice tip and left, sorry we'll never comeback...
