Jack in the Box — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

The night crew is so disgusting lazy. I live at the college nearby and my friends and I have gone at night multiple times and everytime we go there is always a problem. They always have nasty attitudes no matter how nice we are. Even besides their attitudes their fries are ALWAYS cold. I used to work at a jack in the box before and their fries taste like they have been sitting under the heater for HOURS. Today I went in at 5:30 for a jumbo Jack combo and they served the coldest stale fries I’ve ever seen. Not only that’s, they tried using the Patties for small cheese burgers for my jumbo jack. I ordered combo #2, Buttery Jack combo. But I was charged for something I didn't ask for, an upsize to medium fries and drinks.

Also beware of the Jack in the Box around town because they can be sneaky when you order to mislead you into upsizing to medium or large.

When you place your order for a combo they usually ask you "medium or large?" misleading you into thinking those are the only 2 options and charge you accordingly.

I feel they should ask you, "small, medium, or large?" Or, "would you like to upgrade to a medium or large"
