La Fama Bakery — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

For one there are no prices labeled so you have no way of knowing how much your spending If you have a certain amount of money you would have to keep asking how much each item is so you don't go over your limit. I ended up paying $2 for items I normally pay 50c or 75c for. I wasn't given a receipt either so I couldn't check it. I was given a ride to the bakery so I didn't have time to question anything it wasn't until I got home that I realized I either got taken advantage of or this place is overpriced. I also remembered of all the business there that bakery was the only one with graffiti. Probably someone not appreciating being taken advantage off. I've been coming to this yummy bakery since I was a kid not too far from El Gallo Bakery that was also once a great place for pan dulce. However in the last couple of years El Gallo Bakery bread quality and taste of their pan dulce is just way too greasy. That's why I always keep coming back to La Fama Bakery.
