Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Horrible horrible service. Please avoid at all cost order from their competitor instead any will be better than them. Order through the Pizza Hut website and was waiting for my order. my delivery driver arrived to pickup and waited for an hour before they notified him there was no order for me. I called and Daniel answered he said they canceled my order. However I was never notified even though he stated to have called me. Never received any calls and if the had canceled why would my driver have been there. Stated I wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager but he no one was there until tomorrow. Will be calling Jerry the manager tomorrow. Again he satated they called twice told him I can pull out my phone records and show no calls were made and my order was still shown on the website. I had a past experience similar to this few years ago gave it a try again but again reinforced the reasons in why not to order from here. Worst customer service. I will be contacting higher up as I have read it is common for them to give their customers...

worst pizza hut location. I recieved my pizza via delivery. when I opened the box the pizza was destroyed. it appeared as if the dtiver hit the brake and the pizza fell and came apart. and he checked and threw the pizza back in the box. there were slices placed on top of each other and everything was smashed into a corner of the box.When I called to complain I was yold to bring it in for a refund. when I arrived and showed them the pizza. the manager told me he drove has been there for years and accused me of doing it my self. she then gave me a refund for the pizza but used another reciept to do so. i had to argue with her to refund my service fee, delivery fee, and tip. I have a photo I wish i could share. her name was janet I believe and the driver was Ignacio. don't order from here. the dominoes down the street Has never given me an issue. I am making a review because this is not the first issue with this place look at my yelp...

We decided to order at the store so we can get our pizza faster. Daisy said it will take 30 minutes. So me and my wife went to our car and sat and waited we went back and asked to the store there was another cashier she said it wasn’t in there system I’m but we ordered here not online then another girl came and said it’s not ready but there working on it. So we waited another 30 minutes and finally got our stuff. When we got hole in 15 minutes we opened the boxes and we didn’t order jalapeños on the pepperoni and that was for my daughter. And both pizzas were burned and dry. What lousy service. When we were waiting there other customers were waiting for there pizza and there excuse was we have too many orders. There not organized and they don’t like there job. All there doing in the back is talking about other things instead of paying attention to there work. I told my wife never again will I buy here....
