Normaly good. BUT NOT TONIGHT ! Young man was harassing people for money. He tried to take change ($) from my hand when clerk gave me my change back. when I was getting napkins, he reached over my food, dragging his sleave thru my food. He continued to bother people for money. Got some, ate his food in front of counter, and dropped wrappers and food on the floor. he was well dressed, new hat, new (expensive) shoes, etc. at one point, he tried lighting a rolled cig, (or whatever it was) right in front of counter. clerk told him no, but nothing else. should of kicked him out at that point, if not sooner. While I eating, he kept walking back and forth past my table, giving hard looks. I guess cuz i didnt give him any $$$. Made my eating experience VERY uncomfortable !! Was going to get something to go, but didnt want to go back to the counter. The looks he was giving me........ I waited till he wasnt looking, and slipped at the back door. BUT, almost as bad, maybe worse, when I got home, I called., talked to mgr. He had just came on at 10 PM. wasnt there at the time I was. I was telling him what happened, told me to hang on, he set phone down, I could everything going on, ordering etc. , I held on for over 15 minutes, he never came back. Tried calling back for over an hour,......busy signal. phone off hook, I guess. as disturbing as visit. So whoever the mgr. was, that came in at 10 PM, 1-14 -16, was very rude, to set down the phone and .............etc. THE WHOLE SITUATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED BETTER...
Read moreTalk about horrible!! Customer Service from the employees & night manager. Never have I experienced such terrible management skills. Arrived about 2:00 am and a young man was taking my order and kept rushing me by telling me “ is that it!” And I asked for my order to be made FRESH!!!! But was served with poor quality of food. I do not live close by and I was calling them non stop and nobody answered. I had to drive back and speak to them in person and when I got to the drive tru these 3 employees were standing around not doing anything. As I approached the window this short guy that so called himself a manager gave me the worst customer service skills. Please keep in mind that they were using a register under a name of Jennifer and was told they had no employee by that name. But he checked the register and was under that name. what type of illegal transactions are they doing in this work place? And the manager himself mentioned I caught them on a bad day “ so I deserve poor quality service and food?!” Let’s not mentioned about me telling him I was calling and nobody answered first answered “ we are busy!” Second “ we can’t hear it” ridiculous!! They didn’t give me a full refund!!! My question is will these employees also eat poor quality food? Please stay away from...
Read moreI had the ultimate bacon burger. It was good, but... Don't ever expect the burger to look like what's advertised on the window. Though my order had everything that was stated. It was flat and nothing close to the window picture. Almost reminded me of McDonald's 🍔. Frankly, it would take a long time to make every single burger look like it advertised. Plus, in the business world. What you see smadvertised is usually not real, but a prop to look like what you will get. If business advertised burgers using real ingredients. Much of that texture and looks wouldn't be desirable. That's business for you. Overall, Jack in the box serves good food items. Just don't get your high hopes up expecting exactly what you see, but it's still good to eat. It's a rarety these days that time will be taken to make it look good. In my book.
