Just left this place and I can see why the ratings are as low as they are. I walked in with 3 large double gulp cups in hand to get refills. I lifted them up towards the lady at the counter so she could see them and I assumed she did.

When I get ready to checkout she starts this big drama saying that she did not see the cups when I walked in. So she was going to charge me regular price I said fine. Then she began lecturing me that next time I should show her the cups instead of getting offended among other things. She was very unprofessional. This was 9/28/2025 at around 11am. I have a feeling she did not see me hold up the cups because she was being extra chatty with the customers. The men especially. As a matter of fact when it was my turn to pay I had to wait a little bit because she was seeing a video on the phone of a customer, male, he was showing her. She was distracted. Maybe this is why she was in such a bad mood with me.

I have never felt so embarassed and accused so blatantly of lying. I asked her to look at the cameras to see me walk in with the 3 cups for refill and she said she did not have access to the surveillance. I think she just treated my like a criminal because I was not flirting with her like the other men.
