Pasteleria Luceros is my family’s go-to bakery for all of our special occasion cake needs. Naturally, on our wedding day, we had to stick to our favorite place! We are so glad that we did. Our cake was beautiful and it was so easy to work with the staff at Luceros to make sure that the cake looked exactly as we wanted it to and so that it was delivered seamlessly. I’ve always loved the flavor of their nuez cake, which is why I decided to order my wedding cake from them. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I had chosen one of their designs that was supposed to be white with beige accents, but when my fiancé picked it up, the cake turned out to be fully beige—not what was promised. This place is trash!!! My husband loved this bakery place and I get his cake here every year. I came in this afternoon to buy him his favorite 3 leches cake and instead they gave me a 3 leches with nuez. My husband is allergic to nuez and I called back to tell them the error and all they said is I pointed at the cake with nuez. When I asked the girl I wanted a 3 leches cake. There customer service is horrible and I will not be coming here ever again!!! There too overpriced and there customer service...
