La Que Si Llena Restaurante Familiar — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Went in for dinner tonight I ordered tacos dorados with rice and beans husband had torta de Carne asada. Food was lacking any flavor, seasoning, salt something very bland beef was very old and hard rice was oily and hard no flavor whatsoever luckily the portions were small. My favorite taco de papa was lacking as well no flavor and barely any potato. The beans and salsa were good and the tacos were crunchy. My husband's torta was very small meat was bland and over cooked. Yes I've been a long time customer and no I wasn't sent by the previous owner as the replies on some of the reviews have stated. The recipe may be the same but the sason the Mano is not the same at all. So I ordered 3 tacos with sour cream and a burrito with all the works right. I drive back home and find that they charged me for sour cream but my tacos had no sour cream. On top of that, the steak was so hard that we were both spitting it out. My Grandma just ate the rice and beans with the tortilla. I called and complained and requested to exchange my tacos for shrimp tostadas instead. I was told they would give me two shrimp tostadas and my money back! When I get there all I was given was one tostada and $1 and change back!? This company doesn't care about their customers!?!? They didn't even apologize or try to compensate me in any way! So we use to come here at least once a week the food was delicious and price was perfect but unfortunately I'm not sure what happened I paid for dinner for four ppl nacho plate,pozole,menudo and a birria plate and four fountain drinks and it came out to around $72 for the price I would have expected better quality in the food for that amount. my birria was bland and had so much fat as well as tough part of the skin still on it I was suppose to get flour tortillas never did we found out later refills were 50¢ for each drink, the servers were very sweet but honestly that will be the last time we go there...
