I didn't dine in because they took over 20 minutes just to bring our menus, we literally walked out. The waitress was just on the phone, I had to called the other waitress to please take our order, but she just didn't, she asked the other waitress to take our order, and again, that waitress didn't either! One of them went to the back where the restrooms are, and the other one kept doing things at the register, then they were just talking at the register, none of them were helping any other client at the front. This restaurant t is very disappointing, the pupusas could be so good, but the service, and the time they take to bring your food is horrible. I used to go a lot to this place, but this time, they just killed it! Most of the time there's a man with his laptop, I guess he's in charge, unfortunately he wasn't there today! We ended up at Little Mexico, by Whittier Blvd. too, next to Metro PCS store, this place is AMAZING on their FOOD & SERVICE....I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!!! This pupusas restaurant should definitely hire new employees...

Read moreOne of my friends Juan NG drove here from Flagstaff Arizona because he found out about this Salvadoreña restaurant. I did a little bit of investigating and found out about the owners. They are from El Salvador and the cooks are from El Salvador too. I had the horchata of course. I had the pupusas and the bistec ensebollado. I did not finish everything and I took a lot of food home. I also had the coctel de camarones. I have one of the old menus and I was surprised that they no longer serve the Pupusa Hawaina. It had pineapple and I wanted to try it. So if you go please ask for it and maybe they can bring it back. I'm the big guy and the gentleman in the white shirt...
