Sandy's Cuban Cafe — Restaurant in East Naples

I arrived at 2:30 which is an hour and a half before their closing time and I ended up getting the worst service I have ever had on the West Coast. My wife thought it was weird because before we walked in the caution wet floor sign was in front of the door almost like they didn't want anyone to come in.

Reluctantly we still went in since they closed at 4pm, right off the bat first question I get is this to go? Nope were dining in. We ordered and the waitres didn't even want me to tell her what sides I wanted she was ready to go to the kitchen. I'm guessing the didn't want to use the grill so they served me something else instead of what I ordered and then gaslight me into questioning what I order. Only other time I saw my waitress was when I had to pay.

These people are so rude even to other Cuban's like myself. They don't greet you, if you ask a question they seem bothered and angry, not a single bit of customer service. Food isn't even that great, I ordered online and picked the grilled chicken with sweet plantains and also ordered a side of beans to go with the rice that is included. I expected white rice and got congri with a side of beans, don't understand how that makes sense when I never even asked for congri but i guess nothing at this store makes sense. The issue with the food was just another issue that I really didnt care about the real problem is their attitude. Dont come here if you don't want someones gross attitude to ruin your day. Super unwelcoming, if you want better cuban food try Havana Libre in Golden Gate or any other cuban place honestly. Don't waste...

So I enjoy supporting local small businesses, so I figured I’d give this restaurant a try. I came in at an hour before closing, and the lady up front looked at me and said for here or to go. I said I thought you closed at 4? We do but we clean at 3. She then proceeded to make me sit at a table out of the way of the lady mopping. It seemed to me they had already started closing procedures way before closing. I could tell she had no interest in serving me. I honestly ended up ordering my food to go because they made me feel so unwelcome. I saw her be rude to others that came in after me as well.
