Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in East Naples

IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED BADLY AFTER WAITING RIDICULOUSLY LONG TIMES THAN THIS IS THE LOCATION FOR YOU! My coworker is the "nice lady that was politely asking what was taking so long" in a very recent review. When my coworker got back to work from her lunch break that day she was so upset at how horribly she was treated by J-a-m-i-e. Somehow my coworkers 2 orders for her children got put in but not the one for herself, and then after asking what was taking so long for the 3rd order my coworker watched her 3rd order get moved to the end of the line after she had already waited 45 minutes and her children had already received their smoothies. This lady J-a-m-i-e was rude and very mean to my coworker and I don’t know if she was just a worker or the actual manager. In fact, I don’t care who you are J-a-m-i-e., you shouldn’t treat people as horribly as you did! If you don’t like your job it's not the customers fault! My coworker is literally the nicest person ever so for her to be as upset as how I saw her means you were obviously a rude and horrible person to her...

Worst Avocolada ever at this store location. This smoothie is my favorite and I’ve been ordering it everytime I go to one of their stores, tried it at this location about 5 times now since it’s closer to my house but everytime is almost water and does not tasted good. Today I ordered it and asked for it to be more dense and thick, but what i got was way worse this time it looked like it was made with rotten avocados and it tasted so bad I couldn’t have a sip of it. Not going there anymore! I think the reason for this is the amount of new employees that might not be well trained and don’t know how to make the smoothies right! The worst smoothies I ever had! It was more like a water smoothie than anything else. I ordered two smoothies and they both tasted like I was drinking water with no flavor or fruit. Literally, they must have used melted ice or put in water because it came out like I was drinking a liquid then an actual smoothie.

I'm surprised this place has 4.1 stars since they can't make smoothies. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Tropical smoothie location since this was the worst one I have ever visited...

Management needs to step in and retrain or hire new managers to know how to make a smoothies. If not then change your name from Tropical Smoothies to Tropical Waters since that is what...
