Hibachi Of Japan II — Restaurant in East Naples

We ordered through the phone. Our order was a medium chicken bowl and a chicken with shrimp bowl. I emphasize the bowl part. When we arrived i proceeded to pay for the food and the staff was very inattentive and not caring of our presence. After I paid and left we went to go sit and eat by the nearby five guys. When we did I realize that the chicken and shrimp bowl was put into the wrong carrier. I went back hoping for a easy fix but then instead I received multiple questions about why we are doing this. “ it’s fhe same thing” one of the staff members said while giving me a dirty look. A customer had to assist me in down right begging for her to change it. As she brought out a bowl to push the food into. All the staff memebers gathered around and proceed to talk about the situation in their laungue while, Laughing at us and then continuing to talk right over the food. I DO NOT KNOW who is writing these reviews, but right after ordering my food I went to Verizon and the employee told me he does not eat "next door" because the rice does not taste good. I went to grab my food and tasted the rice and it was tasteless. The I went ahead and ordered some rolls and those were NASTY as well. Its a shame I wasted $18.00 and ended up just going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and spending another $13.00 for a meal. I would never solicit or encourage anyone to eat here, but I guess if people like tasteless food or have not had the pleasure of eating a food of higher quality then I suppose you would not know the actual difference indicating lower standards compared to those of us...

What a quality, cheap, quick eat spot. I got two rolls, shrimp tempura, dynamite and edamame side. Hubby got the teriyaki chicken dinner with veggies and fried rice (plus clear soup that I had and LOVED!). The portion sizes were excellent for the price. They were busy the whole time we were there but you wouldn't of noticed because the service was still great and everything came out perfect. We got everything above plus a beer, soda and tip under $40 and that is a rarity these days especially for the quality food and service they are putting out.
