Unacceptable and Unsanitary - Hair Found in Food!

My recent experience at the McDonald's on 2401 University Avenue in East Palo Alto was exceptionally disappointing. The level of unprofessional service was unacceptable, but what truly crossed the line was the lack of hygiene, with hairs found in my meal, making the food inedible. I purchased food expecting a certain standard of quality and cleanliness, and what I received was both disgusting and a severe breach of public health expectations. It is frankly appalling to have to sort through my food to ensure its edibility; paying for food should come with the assurance that it's clean and safe to consume. This establishment failed on both counts, with staff exhibiting unprofessional conduct and an overall lack of sanitary control. I expect better service and food quality, especially when I am paying for it. Finding hair in my food is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to address these critical issues of hygiene and professionalism to prevent other customers from having such a repulsive experience.

This McDonald's needs better leadership for the team, someone with some background education. That speaks clear English for once. I've randomly come for years and it seems as always the same thing. For years I have had to toss my drink because when I get home our drinks are flat, today it wasn't flat. before I drove off, I made sure of that. However, I forgot to check if my order was complete! nope, it wasn't! I dislike complaining and going back driving back. To me, it’s unnecessary to ruin someone’s day. Especially when I’m hungry- may or may not go left. It’s a waste of more money on top of what I already lost. (Gas) I never had a problem with McDonald's at the Ravenswood shopping center. They’re on their A game. But This McDonald's is a complete 360 dysfunctional. I blame it 1000 percent, on leadership, Please work on this. I gave them two stars only because they were nice but other than that I don't know if they deserve more stars. The employees do look stressed out. No one can work their best in a stressed environment. P.s try asking for some sauce they'll give you a long unhappy face. Stingy with the sauce. The employee's work ethic ultimately is a reflection of the management....

Horrible waited 40 minutes to get food when we pulled up to the screen to order we waited 2 min for some one answer we wanted 2 seperate orders she told us they were closing and couldnt do it so we ordered and when we got to the window she asked us the price of what we ordered we said we didnt know she got mad stormed off and told us an order that wasnt ours we tried to correct her to get the correct order and pay for what we wanted but instead she fought with us and gave us alot of attitude. was not good customer service and her mannager was waching her treat us like that it wasnt right we are the customer and we should not be treated like that you take our money and its your job to give us great customer service and make us want to come back would highly not recomend going here unless u wand horrible customer service and a woman who hates her job and acts childish and argues with you about what you ordered worst expeience ever and after we ordered she didnt read the order back or tell us if it was correct or give us the price bad bad bad bad bad and very angry we just wanted food to get home...
