Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Pennsboro Township

Beware...will try to rip you off and then tell you it's fault.

I placed a mobile order for this location and picked it up. When I arrived to pick it up, I was ignored for the 1st 10 minutes I was there. Once some nice gentleman assisted me in getting my food. No biggie...went about my morning.

Upon realizing I was shorted a bunch of food, I tried calling the store multiple times to no answer. I go back to speak to the manager, short indian woman, I told her what happened and she told me that it was my fault they shorted me sandwiches and refused to give me my money back. After a few minutes a male walked up and asked what handed. I told him what happened while the female was still running her mouth saying it's my fault. Eventually I was given my money back after they both decided to get disrespectful.

Make this perfectly clear, it is not a customer's fault that you didn't give them the food that they paid for. That blame is 100% on the business itself. This was my first time doing business with this location, and I promise it will be my last time doing business with this location.

Those people who do continue to do business here, let this be a warning to you, triple check your bags before you pull away or else it's your fault...

The manager can get very upset and has if you return a drink that is made incorrectly or if it has coffee grounds in it. I witnessed a customer return a drink that was messed up and it was not the first time that it happened to the customer and the bald headed manager proceeded to yell and accuse the customer of always having a problem with their drink and the customer calmly said that they come to this Dunkin at least 5 days a week and they get the same order every time and they rarely had any problems with their drink until recently and that they don't enjoy having to return to say the drink was wrong but a customer should get what they pay for. The manager accused the customer of wanting a free drink but I personally could see the customer returned the drink almost completely full, and that is obvious that the drink was not consumed and therefore was not getting the benefits of drinking a full drink while asking for a new coffee. I was appalled and have never seen such mean and disrespectful behavior from a manager or a regular employee. I would never recommend going to that Dunkin at least while that manager is...

This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. The service is beyond bad. I used to visit the Enola Dunkin every morning and had such a positive experience, but this place is just bad. I had to switch my location because of a new job. I started ordering walk in at this location instead of drive thru because the drive thru took forever. On the Dunkin app, it always asks me if I want to wait to order my drink so that it doesn’t sit out at the store. I always say no to ensure it will be ready for me, yet it never is! Then today, when I walked in and asked for my drink I was told that they could not make a latte. No apology. I then asked for an iced coffee which mind you, is much cheaper than what I had already payed for, and I mentioned to the employee that it would be a good idea for them and for customers to indicate somehow on the app that lattes are unavailable, since it’s such a basic item. He responded by telling me to “take that up with the app” I am so sad that my daily tradition of Dunkin lattes has gone down the drain due to this locations terrible service.
