Tonino's Pizza Erford Road — Restaurant in East Pennsboro Township

I am really picky about my pizzerias so this was my first time. I was on my way home from a 5 hr trip and had to pick my son up at his dad’s which is close to this location. I Called in my order about 20 mins before I arrived so I could just grab and go. I had to call twice because the person was talking over an answering machine the first time and then hung up. I called back and I could tell they were clearly young and not paying attention as I had to repeat myself a couple times. They told me 10mins. I got there and my order wasn’t ready, there was a bunch of young boys working there joking around. It appeared they forgot my order or didn’t make it because the one frantically started making it… without gloves. He even came over to the counter and asked me about it which is how I saw no gloves. When I got to the car I opened the sub and it completely fell apart allllll over my car. Not sure if the foil is cheap or it just wasn’t wrapped correctly, maybe combo of both. After a long day and starving this is not what I needed. Overall the food was decent, also got zucchini fries. I get kids are young and they need jobs, love that. But have some sort of adult in there managing them because I bet if there was this wouldn’t have been...

I ordered from this place last week. (Delivery)

The turkey and Italian Sub we got was not good. Did not meet the standards. And it was over priced for what you get around the area.

What’s worst is, I was charged with a delivery fee and tip.

When it was delivered, I talked to the driver; apparently it was delivered by DoorDash dasher but the driver did not get any of the tip I added on my order. I spoke to the dasher, he showed me what it says on his end.

I find it disheartening that the driver got $0 out of that order and even though I have left a 20% tip and was charged a $6 delivery fee on top of that.

I would not recommend this business in this state. Just order...

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks and only received the pizza and marinara sauce. When we called back they hung up on us the first time. 2nd time they put the phone down and left it there. 3rd time asked us "didn't you want marinara sauce"? To which I said " yes with the order of breadstick I ordered". They put the phone down and left it there. Called back a 4th time and they said the doordash driver must have eaten them. Don't think so. Pizza gave both my wife and I the runs. We will never order from them again. Can't five less...
