Baked Wright Bakery — Restaurant in East Point

I had a major sweet tooth in this raining Saturday. Looked on Door Dash and boom! I see Baked Wright Bakery is online today. Yessss!!!!

I have been wanting to go to their store since summertime but never made it there. It is located in downtown East Point and is a Black owned business. I first found her on a community page for the city due to her selling her goods at The Farmers Market.

The flavors I purchased were: Sweet Po Cheesecake, Banana Pudding Cheesecake and Plain Cheesecake.

Sweet potato is just one of my favorite flavors. This cheesecake is so delicious but you will instantly mmmm as soon as it hits your palate. The baker is no stronger to using bold spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon and the ginger snap cookie on top of it is a bonus. It has a nice sweetness as well. Very rich.

Banana Pudding is also very tasty. It most definitely is a banana thing. The presence is there and it's not the essence. It tastes like she used a real banana not just flavoring. Oh my oh my oh my. Quite heavenly.

I tasted a little of each and saved half of it for later. My daughter said the plain cheesecake was just as good and not overly sweet.

I would be happy to buy from here again and I'm sorry that I haven't patronized sooner. I signed up for their customer program in order to get points but I will miss out on this purchase because it was a delivery. That's still fine by me.

I didn't receive the best customer service today by the owner. Her mother is an angel and tried to assist me while the owner was on the phone. I wanted 3 turtle and 3 salted caramel but her mother didn't know how to assist me. So she pulled out a variety pack of mini cheese cake... which consisted of plain, cookies cream, and turtle. Although that wasn't what I wanted... I decided to go with the flow and asked her mother if she could make the plain cheese cake salted caramel since that's what I wanted. Unfortunately she didn't know how, and had to asked her daughter who was still on the phone. Her daughter replied "I will make an exception this time but that's not how we do it." First of all, I did not want a variety pack! I wanted three salted caramel and three turtle! I was just trying to be helpful to your mother since you were on the phone and she didn't know how to assist me. The owner got up with an attitude, didn't acknowledge me, didn't say thank you for your business... she just looked annoyed. I've been going to Kupcakerie for years..... saw your new establishment and decided to patronize your business! But please do not act like you're doing me a favor by making a plain cheese cake caramel!... The flavor I asked for from the beginning! I was just trying to make things easy for your mother. Unfortunately, due to the bad customer service, I will not return. $28 for 6 small mini bites cheese cakes and 1 regular size cookie....with a side of bad customer...

Calling all vegan dessert lovers! I can not express how excited I am about this dessert shop. I am very picky about what I eat and always hesitant about eating out and trying new food.. I was having a very stressful day after car break in-and decided to stop by for comfort food. The staff is very professional, friendly, and the ambiance is delightful. I inquired about vegan options and decided on the oatmeal raisin cookies. I took a small bite while I was out shopping; One bite turn into two bites and before I knew it, I had eaten the whole bag! Even the crumbs… giggling…The cookies are moist, fluffy and delicious. The amount of sugar they added is brilliant. I did not experience a sugary after taste. They are so perfect, I ordered more!
