Well, I’ve given them a week to respond, and I’ve heard nothing. I ordered delivery last week via the mobile app. After an hour and ten minutes, we called to check the status and were told we lived too far away. I said I would come get it— no problem. The employee said he confused us with another order the driver just left and would arrive in ten minutes. 40 minutes later I called and asked for a manager because we still hadn’t received our order. The manager then told me the driver had broken down shortly after she had left for our house. I asked if I could come get a new order because it had now been nearly two hours. The manager said no because they didn’t have my pizzas, and his plan was for another driver to go try and get the first drivers car started and maybe we’d get our food after. I said I’d like a new order and was told no because the wait time for pickup was two hours. His exact words, “Sounds like you don’t want to wait.” I replied not really that would be nearly five hours for two thin crust pizzas. His response was to say he would refund me and hung up. My husband drove toward the store, saw the driver, and retrieved the pizzas. They were (obviously) ice cold but also burned and sliced like someone had never seen a knife before. I’ve written three messages and provided photos, and I’ve...
Read moreOrdered delivery. When it arrived the tomato sauce on the pizza tasted off, and caused everyone who tried it to have their mouths swell and throat feel itchy. They had to take benedryl to calm the symptoms, none of them have any history of allergies and have had this exact sauce before. When I call to report this possible food safety or contamination issue the manager antonio and the general manager Norma were both extremely rude and dismissive. Both basically told me that they checked the dates on the food earlier that day, so it was fine. I tried to express that there might be some issue beyond "out of date" like a cross-contamination, or something. But they just kept parroting that the label said it was in date and therefore they literally would not even check the sauce. Unbelievably rude, arrogant, and dangerous. If a customer tries to tell you there might be something wrong with your food, you listen and go check it before you potentially harm more people. This is food safety 101. We ended up throwing out the entire pizza with a few bites taken from 2 slices, and threw everythign else out with it as we couldn't trust any of the food to have been prepared properly at that point. Hopefully they won't end up killing someone with...
Read moreWe ordered garlic knots with the marinara cheese dip and the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. They were both good. HOWEVER, a little freaked out about our delivery driver. First of all, he called me to say he was on his way which is weird and he was talking as if he was in a commercial saying he was my delivery hero. He also was asking for directions. Plus he said how do you want to do this? Are you coming to the door or....like what? I just said I'll watch for the car. Then he called back again saying he apologizes, he went to the wrong address and that I can call him names if I want. When he pulled up he was making grunting noises flashing a light. My bf went to the door and when he handed him the food he said good luck, have fun. What do you mean Good luck? The whole thing was just weird! It may not sound strange as you read this but if you were here, it was a different. Just...
