Stop & Shop — Local services in East Providence

PHARMACY pharmacists have always filled pills automatically. However they have always forgot some. So instead of going in and having to wait I call to make sure any that can be filled are. Im not home and she asked all the questions to identfy me and she would not fill the meds if I didnt have bottle or needs name however. They always went down list and filled by dates. The arrangement was auto filled with phone call.. They have never filled all meds requested and forget so i have to wait. I had pills that i do need and couldnt get unitil next day. I have been in hospital 4 times this month. Not having the pills put me over the edge and I ended up having to go to hospital again. The next day I found out the excuse is shes new pharmacist which does not make sense you mean she doesnt know how to look at date and fill it like they always do with out me calling?? I know doctors you can file complaint against license and in one case the doctor was at fault for not providing another way for person to get care..in this case meds. Now i just went to pawtucket where on the phone she told me what was ready to fill. She doesnt even know me just asked info to identify me. Again she forgot about one of the meds but much...

Today on 11/15/2020 at around 12pm I came in the store like I always do. I do not wear a mask due to medical reasons ( I also wear a medical bracelet) that way incase an employee asks, "Do you have a mask?" I just show them my wrist and say, "I have medical conditions so I am not allowed to wear one" They always say okay no problem. With that being said. Today a customer saw me and walked up with an attitude saying, "You need to have a mask on" I said nicely, "Do you work here?" She said, "No but you need one on" I said, "Mind your business" She got very angry and told security he came up to me and I explained and showed my wrist. He said okay no problem. The women continued at the guard so they went to the desk. I continued my shopping. The manager came up to me and asked if anyone spoke to me. I said "Yes I spoke to the guard and explained I have medical conditions" At this point I was done with my shopping. So the manager said "please come over to the flower area I will have them check you out here because there are issues with you not wearing one" So I need to say, this store was very understanding and the manager was amazing on how he took care of the issue...

One of the best stop And shops. My best friend and I both 41 love to go shopping in this mall /plaza and we go to this stop and shop a lot. Great product selection esp in healthy , organic and Vegan/no dairy items (I’m severely lactose intolerant and into health and fitness ) . Anyways was just here last night around 6 pm-7 pm and was in the self checkout section and the young man who was eating working self checkout area was very sweet and extremely helpful. I felt awful cause I’m very blonde and 6 if not more times my register was signaling him and he had to come over. I don’t even know what I do to make it happen either. One time I said I think I better start going to regular register and he laughed. Then I go it’s me again. He laughed. I go in extremely sorry this keeps happening . He smiled going it’s totally ok. He was do nice and very patient with me. Almost everytime I go on Friday evenings which is a lot I see him there running the self checkout section. Highly recommend...
