How Amazing Is This Place You ask??? 💯 Amazing! I Love This Company and All their staff. I had gone into the store after their reopening due to Covid19. The store is So Cute! Everything has its place in the neatly kept store. This building was a trash bucket before they purchased it. Now it Looks So Beautiful with the greenery and flowers they’ve added to the storefront. And Okay let’s not forget about the Super Soft and Great Quality of their Clothing. I went in to purchase a Custom T-shirt for my boyfriend for Father’s Day and ended up also buying a Custom Sweatshirt for myself. Since then I have bought several crewnecks, tees, an adorable Leopard cup with lid and just last night ordered another Hooded Sweatshirt custom of course (I like to be unique in my styles) And I simply Cannot Wait to see it! The customer service was horrible at best. The package was very late and ended up getting lost by the USPS. When I contacted the seller to see if she could look into it and help me, all she did was tell me what the tracking info already told me. My package went from one post office to another and was over two weeks late. The post office told me it was being returned to sender so when I reached out and told them to look for the item, they said I’d have to pay shipping on this item to have it shipped back. So basically I paid for an item that was two weeks late, still wasn’t delivered to its destination, and then I have to pay extra to get it done correctly after it wasn’t handled properly in the first place? FANTASTIC company for personalized Tees and sweatshirts! I’ve order a few items from them in the past, once for a Bachelor party, and once for a surprise birthday party. The quality was great and they arrive quickly, I even had a issue with the spelling of a name on one of the shirts (my fault not theirs) and they were quick to respond to my message (like with in minutes) and resolved my issue promptly and with a friendly disposition, and sent me out a replacement ASAP!
