Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in East Providence

I went in to Mary Lou's today with my 20 year old daughter and if I could give no stars i would....don't get me wrong the coffee was excellent but the barista made a very racist fascist comment. She said oh yes our new coffee cup shaped stress balls are pricey at around $5.95 because Mary Lou is a "Jew" and I replied "so am I" then she laughed and said...oh you mean you really are? And I said yes and she said well I"meant she's like really Jewish...and I said yes so am I. Then she kept rambling and putting her foot in her mouth. It's just pretty bad that you go into an establishment expecting a good experience and you get a snack in the face like that. Ignorant people ruining a good business to say something like that was completely ignorant. Mind you both my daughter and I clearly wear the star of David around our neck....I was truly offended and I don't think me or my family will go...

This is the worst Marylous I’ve ever been too, I am a frequent customer. They have employees there that barely even do anything at all. The management keeps the people that work there, that don’t do nothing at all. The ones that do their job are barely ever there. I like some of the employees here, this one employee I really love there she is younger or older I’m not sure. She looks very very very young, but she is very nice to me and my son when we come here. She told me she a has a two-year-old son, her name tag says Laly on it. She is very polite to my son and I, and others as well. She’s always keeping this place clean as well, she’s always cleaning to me I always see her stocking and always cleaning up this place. I’m sorry to anyone that does their job and barely works, you all deserve a raise. I won’t be coming to...

11/13/2018. I go here almost every day because I work right around the corner. One time, I ordered a strawberry Red Bull infusion. She handed me what was clearly a blue drink. So I take a sip and it’s blue raspberry. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have time to stand there again while they got their act together. Another time I go through the drive through and ask what the healthiest food item is on their menu. She proceeds to give me the nastiest attitude and say “I don’t know. I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t know what you consider healthy. To me, a bacon egg and cheese is healthy.”...you’ve got to be joking. You all need to be way more knowledgeable and maybe have a few lessons in how to treat your regular clientele. She was nasty. Very...
