The service was really bad, I explain the cashier my order multiple time and she did not even get it. If it was my accent I get it, but I wrote it for her to understand even like that she did not understand and she even give me a actitud! Servers are good and polite, atmosphere is a nice vibe, but the food and drinks are a let down. You guys don't have anything authentic anymore, it's literally ALL syrups and liquids. This stuff costs pennies and you're charging $10 a cup for it? At least have real ingredients fully whole and processed properly not in liquid form.
