The Nauti Pirate — Restaurant in East Ridge

Went to this bar for a birthday party. The owner had the planner face to face and promised the bar would be rented out completely. We drove over 2.5 hours for a surprise party. We walked in to the bar to find that all the people present minus a single couple were not there for the party. The bar had let others in and wasn't expecting to have to have anyone leave. We had to move the party last minute. Also, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. As soon as we walked in the door, she was screaming at us for our IDs. It was also 100 degrees outside and they wouldn't let the rentees kids in because this bar is a smoking bar. The birthday girls grandma had to sit outside and watch the grandkids even though she was on oxygen. Very rude and unhelpful place.
