When placing order couldn’t hear the cashier due to the speaker box having issues but she took order in a timely fashion. My issue is when I pulled around to the window, I wasn’t greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner. I gave my card to pay and didn’t receive a receipt afterwards but what really annoyed me was the fact that I sat in my car for literally 10-15 minutes before receiving my food. Which made my total time in line from order taking to receiving food to about 20-25 minutes with 4-5 other cars behind mines. Since the cashier walked away, I knocked on the window to get the attention of someone and all of them just looked back without acknowledging me; the manager included. Then the cashier finally came back to the window with my food and said “we were holding on fries”. Okay that was all I needed to hear 10-15 minutes ago instead of them looking back at me as if I hadn’t already paid for the food. I need for the Checkers/Rally’s Corporation to invest in another location/store in the Chattanooga area because with service like the kind these workers displayed will result in loss of customers. Read moreI went through the drive-thru yesterday 05/08/25 at 11:30a I ordered a #1 combo add BACON, and was charged for the bacon. After I got home, I realized that the burger didn't have bacon on it. I called and spoke with the "MGR" and explained to her what the problem was. Her response was this "What do you want me to do about it?" I explained that this is a real simple and easy fix just put my name down and I'll be by later to get a replacement burger. She hung up on me.
So, I tried calling the Customer service number 1-800-800-8072 which was a joke After the 5 person that couldn't speak ENGLISH, I got this guy that claimed that he could speak ENGLISH and only thing that he wanted from me was my Credit card info, after I gave him a transaction number, store number and total. I asked why he wanted my credit card info and he couldn't answer me.
So, I tried calling the corporate number that is listed, that was even a bigger joke, the number goes to a recording for a insurance scam.
Now I know there is someone out there that owns this restaurant and that wants to keep customers happy and returning. But a review like this that will be shared will ruin your business, this very easy problem could have been fixed at the...
Read moreWe come here rather frequently but I'm not sure I've ever reviewed them. After visiting many times, I'll say this -- the food is usually good, the staff is relatively nice, and the parking lot stays clean.
Depending on what time of day you visit, the drive thru lines can get a little ridiculous and depending on what you get, the food can be hit or miss. The Big Buford is almost always a safe bet for a fresh, tasty option. The wings, fish sandwich, etc that may not be as frequently ordered are hit or miss.
I've had really wonderful wings when they're fresh, but just as many times I've had old wings that are tough and simply not as good. Same with the fish sandwich, you can tell when it's been sitting especially well with fish and this sandwich is no exception.
Overall, if you're looking for fast food this is a good option but make sure to ask for less popular items to be cooked fresh and if you visit anytime after dinner hours, be prepared for a wait.
The food is well worth the wait if it's fresh, and the fries have been wonderful every time. I'd still recommend this location, despite the potential rolling of the dice!
