We visited Little Manila Oriental Store recently and were happy to see a wide variety of Filipino food and products. Definitely more options specific to Filipino brands compared to other Asian stores like Kim’s in Murfreesboro. It’s a bit more expensive, but it’s nice to have a place focused mainly on Filipino items.
However, I did notice something odd on our receipt after paying in cash, a CCCF (Credit Card Convenience Fee) was still applied, which is usually only charged when using a card. We also got a small cash discount, but the CCCF shouldn’t have been there at all. It’s not a big amount, but I wanted to mention it in case it’s a system error and to help other customers be aware. I didn’t catch it right away because I’m still learning what those charges mean.
I hope the store can check this for future transactions. It’s a great place for Filipino goods, and a small fix like that would make the shopping experience...
Read moreThis is one of our favorite Asian store., my kids love this place., we don't go home with anything to buy., they got everything that's really convenient and helped us bring our Home made Filipino foods., All vegetables are fresh and the All the ice cream and ate Charing's variety of Bread Pandesal's are really good still soft even in a few days storing the quality of tje bread was so good. , and most especially, all people working there are so accommodating and friendly that it makes you feel like you just visited a quick Sari Sari store back home.
