Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in East Ridge

This location has been consistently terrible, every time I try to come here. Orders take FOREVER to get out. I sat in the lot for my food for 20 minutes from the time I ordered. If this happened at any other fast food place it wouldn't fly. The employee who took my order missed a few things that I said as well. I noticed my order was incorrect on the screen so I told the employee what needed to change and she said she got it but the order on the screen did not change so I didn't know if she actually did. As it turns out, I was brought regular tots instead of the broccoli tots I ordered and when I said something to them about it they said they were out of the broccoli tots, which is something the person who took my order should have told me when I ordered them. Not sure why that information wasn't conveyed. They also did not put the mustard on my burger that I asked for, nor did they put the flavor add-in I requested for my husband's drink. They clearly weren't listening to me when I placed my order and were trying to rush me through the process and they missed some things. I have had multiple bad experiences at this store. Will never....ever go back. The entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Noticed in our wait that the person at the drive thru window was also bringing orders out to cars. If you are THAT short-staffed... maybe close that day. Or at the VERY least, let people know BEFORE THEY ORDER (like with a handy dandy sign or something) that you're short-staffed and that they'll be waiting a while for their food so that they can make a decision on whether or not to stay. Worst Customer Service from your crew on 2/6/2022. My family ordered food and 2 chocolate shakes , an Oreo Blast and Recces Peanut Butter Blast.

Got the food (the corndog was salty and grandson wouldn't eat it) went to take a bite of my Peanut Butter Blast and there was nothing but ice cream, no peanut butter candy anywhere in that blast, just a strip of peanut butter (I assumed, I never took a bite). I pushed the red button and told them that the peanut butter blast didn't have any peanut butter candy in it at all. I was apologized by a woman, I didn't catch her name, but was told they would make me a new one.

10 minutes go by and watching other orders go out and I pushed the red button and a guy came on and I asked him how much longer is it going to take for the blast they were remaking and he told me that it would come out when it was done.

Another 10 minutes (I was now thinking that I was being punished for not accepting the blast they made the first time) and I pushed the red button again and asked were they going to bring me my blast and was told she was coming to bring it. It took her a little while but she did bring out my blast and I asked her who was the guy that was so rude to me and she smurked at me and said which one there are 2, and said she didn't think she was suppose to tell me who he was.

I left there and because of how I was treated I felt that they may have spit in the blast so I did not eat it. I will not be going back to this one with the crew they had working. No one should ever be...

Asked for a REGULAR Red Bull with ice, NOT the strawberry apricot. And they had the audacity to give me the CAN of strawberry red bull with no ice which I did not even ask for, but they gave me just the can. And told me "We don't do those anymore." Like WHAT? It's literally on your Menu, what do you mean?... They then gave me another can of red bull that was actually plain. So. I have to order a cup of ice just to MAKE MY OWN DRINK. That makes zero sense why would I go somewhere for a CAN of red bull I could just go to a gas station for, they then tried to say "I asked you what you wanted and you didn't ask for that." I told them yes I did. I told you 3 times that I wanted ONE Strawberry apricot SLUSH (which they made just fine) and ONE REGULAR Red Bull with Ice. Multiple times I explained that, it's not hard. I've never had this happen to me at a Sonic, y'all need to hire people that actually listen. Trying to say that they can't put a regular red bull inside a cup of ice, but yet they can do that with the Summer strawberry apricot one. In the picture I had to make my own drink. I had to poor the 2 cans of red bull into the same cup myself... Just nonsense and pure laziness. I paid you to make me a drink yet I have to make my own drink, that basically ruined my entire day by wasting my time and money and in the end, I STILL didn't get what I asked for... Can't even enjoy the simplest thing like enjoying a drink I wanted, but no...
