McDonald's — Restaurant in East St. Louis

On their Fish Sandwich, they "DON'T" put enough Tartar Sauce on the sandwich. They put a dab on the top bun but NOT on the bottom bun. Why?????

By your cooking procedures/ protocol manual, ALL sandwiches are only supposed to sit in the heat chutes for 10 minutes no longer, however, either I personally or when traveling with my Family, we've been served double-cheeseburgers dried-out, like they had been in the chutes longer than 10 minutes.

The Chicken Tenders feel tough, over cooked!!!! Your French Fries are about the only decent item on your menu board.

Your Salads, either side or special salad are okay however the lettuce is sometimes brown around the edges, the cherry tomatoes are ripened, not fresh.

I don't express my opinion because I'm rushing to my next work assignment or when traveling with the Family, We don't sit down to eat but rather its a Restroom break and get food to eat on the road to our final destination.

Thank You for the opportunity in allowing to express my experiences at your McDonald's Restuarant Franchises. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but I feel you should know to help you improve the Q.A. of your sandwiches.

DISGUSTING. THEY SHOULD PUT A BAR OUT AND LET YOU BUILD YOUR OWN SANDWICHES SINCE YOU WILL HAVE TO ANYWAY. ITS SAD WHEN YOU WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH RACISTS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THERE WORK. THUMBS DOWN ALL AROUND. THEY ARE ALWAYS YELLING AND SPITTING OVER YOUR FOOD. TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW. I HAD TO PULL MY SANDWICHES APART AND PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST THREW THE COMPONENTS ON THE PAPER AND WRAPPED IT UP. REALLY ARE YOU SERIOUS. RANDOM PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN A MCDONALD'S WHERE EVER THEY WANT USING THE STAFF THEY WANT IF THEIR ARE NOT GONNA TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. OR PROPERLY TRAIN THEIR STAFF. OR ATLEAST MAKE SURE THE GRILL TEAM ARE FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROPERLY BUILD A SANDWICH.

Wow! Unbelievable. I’m so big on customer service…8/13 @ 6:00am First off, we pulled up to the drive thru order screen and a young man said “can you hold please” and came back after 13mins asking “may I take your order?!” Mind you there was no one at either screens placing an order. We paid and went to the p/u window and the rude manager said “pull to the next window, we waiting on hash browns” well after waiting at the next window for 15mins , drove off and got home, guess what, no hash browns with our order. I should have checked but was so frustrated after waiting 28mins when there was no one there. On top of all that the manager hand us our bag without a sorry for you wait and/or thanks. RUDE! Plus the for was horrible.
