Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in East Tawas

The employees were fine,but it was a mess,everything was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Somebody even let them know they spilled ice cream on the floor and nobody cleaned it up,it just sat there the entire time we were there. Then we went to our car and a vehicle next to ours had a dog in it in their parking lot and we decided to go walk around and came back near 2 hours later and that poor dog was still sitting in that hot car. The ONLY reason why i didnt try to get him out was because 2 of the windows were down about a inch,but i figured id go in there and tell the employees about it and I asked them to please go out there and check n see if hes still out there in a half hour,which i had doubts they did. So i tried to call DQ just now and their phones not working,it rings and then when they answer it,it does some sort of digits dialing up sound,so i cant get through to ask them if hes still out there. Im worried sick,considering calling the P.D. but it would help to know if that dogs still out there before i waste their time though. SO...

I used to love going here with my kids. We went today and they had no problem getting my kids orders out before I was done paying. I was impressed and happy thinking great we will get out fast. Not the case. They completely ignored me and started making other people's orders and not even mine. When I said something it was oh im sorry and they still didn't make it. I asked for a refund and got a ton of attitude. Not good customer...

Well, 2 grandkids & I needed lunch, & McDonald's dining area was closed...I remembered during the summer I had been to DQ, so we went and the service was excellent, the food was great!! The BBQ chicken tenders my FINICKY Grandson ATE, and said they were the best ever!! Granddaughter ate pretty good and took home the leftover for later. My burger was devoured on the spot.
