Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Windsor

I shared this in communication with corporate, asking for someone to contact me about this, and nearly a week later-- they never did. (The web form said I should hear within a couple of days). I had decided to withhold my review until that time, but since they apparently don't really care, I felt the public should be informed.

The woman who was preparing orders was extremely hostile. She refused to correct my order that contained one donut and one broken, partial donut. She yelled, "Have the day you deserve," and was shortly after seen yelling at and even chasing after another customer... Even chasing him out the door. I hadn't seen this behavior in her in the past, and not sure if she really needed to just call out of work, or if she is not able to work in a customer-facing position. The big white lady with the glasses who thinks she owns the store is totally unprofessional! She is very rude doesn’t greet customers and always aggressive to the customers I witnessed it a couple times and now I’m finally a victim! My food was undercooked and I told her she replied that corporate told her that’s how the food shall be served. Hours after eating I felt sick to my stomach I went to the doctors and they said not to be eating that bacon undercooked because it can lead to parasites getting into my belly so nope I won’t be spending money...

Guy behind the counter made pretend there was a problem with the register and didn't give me my change , the next day the same guy gave me a cup of red muddy water instead of the coffee that I ordered. I've seen him there many times sitting on a bucket behind the counter , never seen other employees doing that . He doesn't even stir my coffee with 8 creams & 8 sugars why should I give him a tip ? So he tries to just keep it until I ask him about it . Then he says oh you wanted that change back ?...
