Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Windsor

i would have NEVERRRRRRRRR gave this type of rating until today when i had the pleasure of coming across one of the blonde women there… I have been to this specific location quite literally like 100 times because i love the staff and my order is almost never wrong if ever, and the one time that it was, it was fixed with no problems. i pre ordered thru the app for drive thru, as always, and then sat behind someone who should have went inside for the amount of stuff they ordered like it legit took 15 minutes but i sat patiently. pull off with my “bacon avocado toast” and it has no bacon, now i swing back and the drive thru is long so im getting out of my car(which i didnt want to do in the first place which is why i pre ordered for drivethru) i go in and i just ask for a side of bacon cus my toast came without it. mind you this woman had an attitude off rip and then asks of i had it with me..?? i clearly didnt… she said she needed to see it … legit just needed a side of bacon but instead im crashing out at 8am on a sunday… her customer service is garbage compared to the rest of the staff. attatching the pics tho so she can see for herself when she reads this🩷🩷dunkin can afford to give me 2 pieces of bacon whether i was lying or not but it is...

First let me say, the staff was Great. I ordered hot chocolate with about 2"of milk (because it's always too hot) but when I tested it for my daughter it still burned my lip - even left a blister.. thankfully, I didn't let her have it before testing.. ordered some of the seasonal donuts as well as our normal. The buttercrunch was fresh but the gingerbread was a stale donut with dinner artificial maple tasting frosting and some kind of cake like crumbles that I think were supposed to be gingerbread.. it was inedible. The chocolate frosted and Boston cream were also old.. my daughter are the frosted one and ended being such to get stomach all afternoon.. I ended up eating the one buttercrunch and then after she started feeling sick we threw the rest out. I went there today-drive thru was busy -the guy taking orders could not seem to get my order right verbally -1 medium hot black tea -cream -2 sugars -repeated -repeated again. Get to the window -I get a coffee-employees are all talking and laughing as if it were a party in there - held up the drive thru for another additional 3 or 4 minutes-finally I get a tea off I go so I am not late for work -on the highway -I take a sip -it’s tea all right GREEN TEA -are you kidding me -if I knew i was not going to be late for work I would have turned around. This is ridiculous-it is not that hard to make a tea correctly-seriously!!!
