I have been going here for so many years. The food is always delicious, and on point. The staff are friendly, and treat everyone like family. The owner is the best. He is super friendly, down to earth, and makes you feel right at home. I have never had a bad experience going here. I have dined in, and i have taken out. I have also had many parties here in the back room, birthday parties for my children, a couple of my baby showers, and the ladies were very helpful with everything. I love that they give you your space, and do not hover over you. I absolutely cannot express how grateful we are for Sofia’s. I highly recommend it for any occasion, or even for a party. You will not ever be disappointed. If you ever are then I know it would be a quick fix. However, I would be shocked to hear of anyone having a problem. The food is so savory, and just absolutely delicious with every bite. The pizza here is also delicious, the sauce is delicious. Let’s face it, the sauce is what Mar’s the pizza, if the sauce isn’t good then neither will be the pizza. This pizza, and sauce are soooo so good every single time. My family absolutely loves it here. I have had friends, and family that have worked here over the years as well. This was also always a family gathering spot that my relatives would meet up at, and a few travelled from different parts of the state. They all always chose Sofia’s as the meeting spot because of the great atmosphere, and even greater food. This is a well run restaurant. They are genuinely friendly, and happy at what they do. The guys in the back always are smiling, and friendly too. What are you waiting for. Run, don’t walk to one of the best restaurant’s you will ever visit. You will not regret it. I love this place! I’ve been coming back, again and again, for over 30 years. The thing that I’m most impressed by, is that even though times change, and many other businesses in this town have long since come and gone (the cinemas for example) over the span of time that I’ve been coming to Sophia’s, the quality and consistency of the food, remains the same, time after time! I love their lasagna, and if I get it today, I’m confident that it will look and taste the same as it did last week, or two years ago, or even twenty years ago! It’s the same every time! Not many places can keep up on the consistency, of their food. To me, it is not just important, it’s the main reason I keep coming back! Sure, I notice that they have updated the dining rooms a few times over the decades. I also notice that they usually have a friendly hostess, to seat you when you walk in the door. I also notice that their menu prices are reasonable, and that they seem to do a pretty good business whenever I happen to go, which could be lunchtime, an early dinner, or even a late dinner, after coming home from a long day, out-of-town. No matter when I go, I always look forward to the fact, that I’m returning, to get an experience which I’ve repeated there (and savored), literally dozens upon dozens of times before! It’s not just their lasagna that is fantastic, either! I enjoy their pizzas, grinders, and seafood, too!
