McDonald's — Restaurant in Easthampton

!!! CROSS CONTAMINATION WARNING!!!

Twice now I've ordered a burger with no pickles or onions to receive a sandwich that was obviously opened, scrapped, re-cheesed and topped with extra ketchup.

The first time I requested a refund was told it wouldn't be a problem at the beginning but then hassled into just allowing them the opportunity to remake the sandwich

The second time I just didn't bother to go back nor have I returned to this location since.

I was a regular customer at first due to this McDonald being so close to my job but during both times it's been the same employees that give side long glances when they see/hear the order.

So if you are just ordering something straight from the menu as is, you should be fine. But if you are making customizations unfortunately expect issues. Especially use cation if you have DIETARY RESTRICTIONS as it is clear some on staff do not worry about CROSS...

3/5/2023 Ordered a Big Mac Large fry apple pie lg coke lg Diet Coke. Asked cashier which was Coke and which was Diet Coke he didn’t know his best guess was by the type of cup different design and he didn’t see many of these said it was second day and wasn’t sure get home open the bag and small fry and no apple pie or napkins. I’m sure it’s my fault for not refusing the soda’s and checking the bag but 3/16/2023 Different day go to the drive through 1 lane had a car ordering and a 2nd waiting so I should be either 2nd or third didn’t matter both cars pull up and I waited a min figuring they were short of help another car pulled up to the same lane as the other 2 cars and they immediately ask for their order What’s the sense of 2 lanes if you only use one at least put something in the lane indicating that you are not going to take orders from it really need to...

McDonald's in Easthampton, Ma just had a facelift inside and outside, however since the late '70s early '80s their service has plummeted where you used to be able to walk-in place your order to a person at the counter And your order would be up, in a bag ready to go within about a minute maybe 2 minutes at the most. Today, I ordered two fillet of fish, two small fries It took 12 minutes and 45 seconds not to mention the other 10 people that were waiting for their order. McDonald's they just do not get it, like so many other so-called fast food locations. The of this order was $14 and change. That's no value meal.
