I just had my first meal from El Super Taco.
El Super Taco is the kind of restaurant that is so good, I hesitate to review it publicly because I don't want other people to know about it.
I'll just say it straight up that in my opinion this may be the best Mexican-styled restaurant in the Lehigh Valley.
That is incredibly high praise coming from me as I've worked at Aqui Es (what I consider one of the best restaurants in the world); and have eaten food from Mesa, Taqueria La Plaza, Mexico Lindo, El Paisano, Tulum, Francisco's, and more recently Orizaba dozens if not over 100 times collectively and have been cooking for 20 years.
This pains me to write, as I love all of these eateries dearly & am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to amazing food in this area.
Tacos? Some of the best if not the best I have ever had in my life, on God. Aqui Es left extremely big shoes to fill here. Technically perfect
The empanadas I enjoyed were the best full-size versions of the dish I have ever had in my life.
But this review ... is about ... the birria & the service.
I've been eating quesobirria out of trucks, vans, roadside stalls, and street vendors at plastic tables since 2015 when I was lucky enough to learn about it.
The version of the dish I had tonight was SO good that it actually made me genuinely wonder if everything I've had before was simply a knock-off. Again, this pains me to write. Respect to the hustle.
The consomme was so good that I literally wept.
Something about the freshness of the items, the balance of flavors in the presentation, and the tastes I found while enjoying taco + consomme + lemon made me rethink much of what I thought I knew about food. They came together in such perfect harmony that I felt like I was eating the dish for the first time.
As always, I write reviews because of impeccable service.
El Super Taco is simply legendary. From start to finish, I'd change nothing about my takeout experience and look forward to dining there in person soon.
Be patient; good food, real food, takes time to prepare with love.

I am truely a foodie & love spending my money on good flavorful food. The woman that cooks or works there was extremely rude & not opened to hearing anything. Although, I was reimbursed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In order to be a great cook, u have to cook from the heart & her attitude would explain her tasteless oily food. I spoke to u directly. I explained your food had no flavor. I asked you for salt packages. You have a rude rebuttal to everything. For you to be the owner of a successful business of six years so u say. You have too much time on your hands. The problem is you have to be open to what your customs present as the problem. You immediately get offended instead of acknowledging that everyone experience will be different. Respectfully, your food is not good nor worth the money you charge. Read moreI was very disappointed. I Ordered food on Uber Eats. I had a decent size order too.
Nachos didn’t have much meat and the cheese didn’t taste natural. My daughter had a burrito and it was more rice and beans in it then actually meat. My wife’s tacos weren’t satisfying. We ordered from many Mexican restaurants in the area and this is was by far the worst experience.
I personally had the Birra Tacos. The consume was average. Out of the whole meal this was probably the best but that’s not saying much. I won’t order here again.
Edit instead of the owner doing the right thing and apologizing and making it right, he attacks the customer in the review. What he’s referring to is being Gluten Free. When I reordered I didn’t put that request in because most of what I ordered is mostly Gluten Free. This owner needs to be educated in allergies but that’s besides the point.
