I was very excited to try this place, drove out of the way to check it out, and was just so disappointed by the gyro that I had to comment. My gyro was more Tzatziki spread than meat. It was like eating a cream cheese pita and barely anything else. And worst of all, it was like an ice cream cone on top (that much on top) and then a huge glob filling the bottom inside. Just to try and move the Tzatziki spread around made a huge mess.
At the end of the day, this is likely a prep/training issue, and I get that there’s a lot of college students working here — but these reviews become necessary in that situation, because it’s on management to teach the food preparers how to make an edible gyro, every time. Sadly, my one experience was nasty, and people pay a lot for these gyros.
I do plan to try Gyro Concept at Bethlehem and maybe at Easton again, and I hope to improve this ranking if I don’t experience this again.
UPDATE: upgraded ranking to 3 stars because the owner replied here, showed excellent customer service, and is trying to fix the problem. Hope to improve the...

I got the beef and lamb gyro and let me tell you… it was so tender it practically whispered sweet nothings to my taste buds. Flavor? Astronomical. The house-made Zieke sauce? Bro, it was fire. I don’t even know if fire can describe it. It was like my tongue just went on vacation to Flavor Town and forgot to come back.
And the fries. Yes, the fries. You think fries can’t be special? WRONG. These fries were crispy little golden soldiers of joy. Most gyro places use sad, cheap fries that look like they’ve given up on life—these fries are ambassadors of potato excellence.
The pita bread was soft, fresh, and basically a cloud that decided to become edible. Ingredients? Fresh. Delicious. My stomach? Eternally grateful.
Price? Yeah, it’s a little steep… but honestly, I’d sell a kidney for this again. 10/10, would recommend to literally anyone who likes being happy. 💥
If you don’t go here, are you even living your...
Read moreOrdered loaded fries, lamb/beef gyro and chicken gyro (for 2 (two) adults). The chicken was thigh meat nice and tender, fries on top were nice like a fat sandwich! However I wasn't happy with the thick slices of onion, too many and not thin enough I had to remove nearly all of them. I like onion, but not that much onion. The food temperature was cool, I had to reheat in my toaster oven for it to warm up which made a big difference. A heat lamp for door dash orders is highly recommended (even for the 16 minute pick up time). The loaded fries were good, but for $9 there could be more of them and they were underdone, no crisp at all. The meat was shaved on top in longer strips. Could have been warmer, ended up reheating them too in a stainless steel pan. The plastic lid was buckled from the heat but the fries were cool out of the bag. I was a fan of the compostable bottom though! Seasoning was nice overall, the indoor...
