We loved our lunch at the Shah's Halal in Easton. I got the Falafel over salad, and there was enough food for two meals, very fresh and flavorful with delicious white and green sauces. My husband got the Lamb Gyro and said it was very good. The Pakora chips were outstanding! we let them try to fix it 3 different times before finally giving up. and the guy trying to act like i was wrong about the order being incorrect.

Then I heard violent coughing, saw through the window on the door to the kitchen, the cook was coughing directly onto food he just took out of the fridge, and continued to cough all over the prep area with no facial covering nor even bothered to cover his mouth or turn his head around to avoid where he makes food for customers to eat.
