Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Eastpointe

I was just at the I-94 and 10 mile store to pick up my pizza that I had called in a full twenty minutes prior to arriving. I paid for it and noticed that the counter employee went to the back to look for my pizza and then came back to the counter and re-printed the order ticket and had someone walk it to the back where the cooking takes place, I asked her at that point if my pizza had been ordered when I called it in or just now. Hanna indicated that it would be a 'few' minutes. as each customer came in and picked their order up I knew that answer, about ten different customers walked in and walked out with their order. A full twenty minutes later a person from the back walked my order out, I asked for Hanna's name and she added insult to injury by not admitting that the mistake was theirs. I think honestly answering my question was the way to go and then make amends by offering the truth or three dollars off - anything but pretending that the customer's question didn't deserve an honest answer. Your customer service skills are woefully lacking and I wish the management would train and make it a priority to have employees do the right thing. one star because that's the lowest...

I ordered an Aloha bbq chicken pizza for delivery. I recieved the pizza, and after i ate two slices, i realized there was only bbq sauce and pinapple on the pizza. No chicken or bacon... A bbq saice and pinapple pizza... Gross. So i call and tell them. They ask if i want to switch the pizza out and them deliver another one (after already waitimg 45 min for delivery, no way). I tell them no, i already ate some of it. Them tell me theyll credit me a pizza, and put it down under my phone number in there system. I called today to get the pizza they owed me and they told me they can only give me 30% off. I had to complain and raise hell to get them to give me the pizza i TRIED to order 2 days ago. And i still have to pay for a delivery fee. Which idont think i should. Why do i have to pay for your mess up? I order from here twice a week at minimum. I highly disappointed. I will not be getting any more food from this location anymore. They cant get ur order correct, then givebu attitude when u want it corrected. Bunch of idiots working there. Dont...

This place used to be a 4-star at minimum. Im redoing my review after 3 wastes of $48 in a row. I cant even begin to explain how good it used to be, the owner sold it an the new ownera just hire anything with a pulse.

If you want to have a 30% chance of good pizza and no customer service then go here. There are some old employees still who make it so that 1/4 orders they make is quality but the rest of the time the sauce tastes like aluminum and the cheese is only partially cooked cause they push so many pizzas into the oven at once.

Not only is this place not worth the money its not worth the time. its Sunday, you have 8 people(with more coming in the door) already in the back working and i order one pizza and it takes 60 min. I place the order online 3 min after opening for 45 minutes in the future. This place will end up being a tax write off for the owner from all the welfare recipients to work at to keep their benefits. No one who appreciates the value of a dollar should eat here.
