I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a large coke and two, 6-piece chicken nuggets sides with BBQ sauce from the drive through. The lady that took my money told me there would be a little wait for the sandwich. I said that would be ok and thanked her for telling me. After paying, she had me pull my car up next to the door so she could help other customers while I waited. However, everything went downhill from there. The large coke wasn't filled all the way and was missing ice. It was also somewhat watery and tasted like the mix between the syrup and the soda water in the fountain was off. The "little wait" turned into 25 minutes. When someone finally showed up and gave me my food, it was placed in two different bags. The chicken nuggets and french fries were in one bag and had obviously been there since I ordered the food because they were old and cold. The chicken sandwich was in another bag. At least it was hot, but the tomato was old and gross and there were about 10 pickle slices on the sandwich. There was no lettuce and the bread was all smashed down. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered for the nuggets was replaced by a honey mustard and a sweet and sour sauce. Why even ask me what sauce I want if you're just going to throw some random sauce in there?
Needless to say, I had to remove the tomato slice and pickles from the sandwich and go without sauce on the nuggets. The French fries were so cold, soggy, and gross that they didn't get eaten.
Overall, the woman who took my money seemed pleasant enough but the quality of the food is a disgrace. Wendy's corporate would be appalled at the condition of the food. The quality of this location has tanked hard in the past couple of years. It's sad, but it means I'll have to drive out of my way to a better location. I refuse to waste money on something...
Read moreThis is one of the worst restaurants I've been to. If they are not holding you hostage by having you wait at the drive-thru speaker for an extended amount of time, they are asking you to pull backwards once you get to the window after you pay. All probably to trick whatever tracking is used for drive-thru efficiency. Today was the final straw. I went inside (to skip the shenanigans mentioned above) and was not greeted nor did I see anyone for about 2 minutes -- no biggie. Then a worker walks up to the machines behind the counter (all while not making eye contact) then back to the back of the restaurant. I didn't get to bothered by this, I just figured he was in the middle of an order. Another minute passes and another gentleman walks up to the counter. He gives some acknowledgement (a nod but nothing verbal); does something to the receipt machine; prints (I assume) a receipt, takes it and walks away. OK, now I'm starting to get frustrated, but I still say nothing. About another minute or two a third gentleman peers out from the back, who had to have been there the whole time given where he came from, walks about half way to the counter while making eye contact with me and just turns around. He says something, which I couldn't make out, but it wasn't to me. Finally about 30 seconds later the second gentleman comes back up to me, still with no official "hello", only to tell me that the dining room was closed and that I had to go through the drive-thru. To be essentially "ignored" for several minutes only be told, the dinning room was closed is just...
Read moreThis sandwich looks real good. It's a shame that I never got one after ordering one through Door dash. My receipt says that I got one but right now I'm staring at a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Which I cannot eat because I can't eat mayonnaise. I know nobody is perfect in this world, but I'm done with ordering from this store because everytime I do, a food item is missing or wrong. EVERYTIME! It's a shame that employees spend more time playing around behind the counter than they do making sure that a customers order is correct. I see it everytime I step into the store to grab something to eat, so I know it happens and now the mistakes are happening regularly thru Door Dash orders for which I'm thankful that I can get a credit on my missing food but that doesn't help me on my lunch break since I now have only a frosty to eat. I'm not the only person that is fed up with the mistakes that the crew in this store makes. There are plenty of dissatisfied customers out there who just don't bother putting it out there in Google reviews for whatever reason. I know that this store used to be a really efficient and top notch store because I once worked there as a manager years ago. You need...
