If you want to wait over 30 minutes after they told you your order of 16 wings will be ready in 20, this is the place for you. Why even have a paging system where they page you when your order is ready and not use it? If you weren't going to use it you didn't need my name and phone number now did you?

I waited in my vehicle since my wife and myself are getting over a cold and are still coughing. After a little over 20 minutes I walk in and have a seat since I figured that my order should be up soon. There were two orders sitting on the counter and myself and one other customer waiting. No one else in the restaurant.

After about 10 minutes watching the tall kid with the glasses talking to the girl he was working with and checking his phone, I ask how much longer my order was going to take. The kid walks to the counter and looks at the tickets on the food that was sitting on the counter ever since I walked in to wait. He asks my name, I give it and he says "Oh, it's right here".

Like I said, why have a paging system if you're not even going to use it?! The employees don't even notice the customers. If someone orders and they walk in the employees should recognize that person who ordered less than an hour ago. If it was busy I can understand not remembering someone. But again, no other customer was in the establishment besides myself and one other.

Your employee doesn't know what the term "Customer Service" is. Thanks to your inattentive employees like the tall kid with glasses, there are going to be a lot more complaints...

I’ve been coming to this place for their wings since they opened! I 100% recommend ordering online 25-30 minutes ahead and picking it up!! I’ve probably ordered their honey garlic 8pc at least 10 times now and it’s always SO delicious. The wings are crunchy, fresh, and flavorful. They are not like store bought wings, the chicken is very big and juicy. The wait can be long since your order is made-to-order and fried when you order it. Bb.q is more of a takeout place but there are two small tables if you want to sit inside to eat!

Food is cheaper than other BBQ locations: Chino Hills or Rancho Cucamonga. But compare to other locations, this location's customer service is rather poor. Not properly trained and tonight was no difference. I cringe every time I have to come here. It's really too bad but the food is good every time to be fair. They have no idea how to take orders, consistently repeating myself, don't know how to manage the line and we have to wait for our food for a long time even when it's ready to be picked up. If someone cannot decide what to order in the front, let them know there is people waiting to pick up, give them a menu, then have them come back.
