Taco Bell — Restaurant in Eastvale

The staff at the drive-thru are friendly but often need simple orders repeated. The menu has often had items on it that were discontinued or the staff are just saying they no longer have, it's hard to tell, especially if it's a specialty item. The order accuracy is about 70%, which is actually improving. In 2024, it was 50/50 if you were going to get the food you ordered.

I recommend parking in the parking lot and checking your hard shell tacos. They either have the most aggressive baggers on the planet or they finish making them and then punch them. They shells are often shattered and the tacos are more like nachos.

Took a break for a few months from going to this location and decided to give them another try recently. It has been better, but we'll still get the occasionally shattered hard shell or wrong item. I'd say it's improving. With so many options in the same parking lot, it's hard to convince...

For some reason, on a Thursday night, during dinner there was a long wait for food orders to be made and brought out to customers. There were 6 people working in the store. 2 in drive-thru and 4 in the food prep line. This is one of those restaurants that have mostly kiosks for ordering your food. So I would assume there was only one person doing double duty between drive-thru and if orders were needed to be paid with cash. From what I heard from the people working there, "there was only one line open, and that they apologize for the delay". At one point that had 8 to 10 people waiting around for their food orders to be made. Maybe a one off situation. First time visiting this location. And this...

I don't normally try to order breakfast items at Taco Bell, but on a whim I stopped by this location and ordered a breakfast item at the drive-through. Made it to the window, handed my card over for payment, they handed it back about 10 seconds later - "Breakfast is discontinued, I didn't charge you. Have a nice day", end of discussion. Waste of time, I would have ordered something else but they didn't want to deal with me.

The other critical reviews are spot-on about this location. I haven't had great experiences the other two times I've been here (burned food, forgotten items), but this time confirmed it for me. Go a little further East down the street where you'll find a better...
